Facade Design Architect Full Time NEW

Role Objective 
To lead BIM-based architectural modeling and coordination of complex building envelopes, supporting the translation of design intent into coordinated and buildable solutions. The role focuses on high-quality BIM delivery up to LOD450, and detailed development of façade systems in alignment with project requirements .
Key Responsibilities 

1. Façade BIM Modeling & Coordination:
• Develop and manage BIM models for façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, GRC, UHPC, etc.) at LOD 400–450 using Revit and other BIM software
2. BIM Management & Technical Office:
• Develop highly detailed 3D BIM models (LOD 400) and create complex parametric families in Revit.
• Lead BIM coordination and “Big Room” meetings to manage models and perform clash detection using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Prepare and revise comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
3. Project Leadership & Coordination:
• Coordinate directly with architects, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical coordinations.
• Manage large-scale projects and lead technical teams to ensure high-quality detailing and adherence to project timelines.
• Administer project documentation through platforms like Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM 360.
