SUB: Application for the post of English Teacher
With more than two decades of transformative teaching experience in higher secondary school and university education, I bring a strategic vision and a deep commitment to academic excellence, inclusive pedagogy, and rigorous assessment practices. I hereby apply for the post of English Teacher.
As an Assistant Professor of Liberal Arts / Exam Coordinator at MAHE Dubai Campus and Head of the English Department at Sunrise English Private School, Abu Dhabi, I have led curriculum innovation, faculty mentorship, and quality assurance across diverse programs. My expertise in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has enabled me to design and map Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) to Program Learning Goals (PLGs), ensuring alignment with Bloom’s Taxonomy and accreditation standards. I have successfully developed interdisciplinary syllabi, crafted robust assessment rubrics, and facilitated reflective teaching practices that empower both students and faculty.
I have handled English Language, Literature , Communication and Academic Writing for varied UG, PG and Foundation programmes in colleges and universities. I have also taught English Language and Literature from Classes IX – XII at schools for board exam students with 20% scoring above 90% in each batch.
I am passionate about shaping inclusive, globally attuned learning environments and driving institutional growth through strategic academic leadership.
