We are looking for Recovery Agents (Collectors) for a fully remote position with fluent Arabic and English. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in phone-based debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close payments. Stable internet and a properly equipped remote workspace are required. Russian is a plus.5. Work Format (mandatory)

Previous remote work experience is an advantage
1. Languages
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) — native or near-native level
Fluency in English (mandatory) — at least Upper-Intermediate (B2+), confident in negotiations
Russian — an advantage
2. Professional Experience
Experience in debt collection / collections / recovery — minimum 6 months
Priority:
outbound / phone collections
work with delinquency (DPD 1–180+)
fintech / MFO / banking / rental
3. Key Skills
Negotiation skills with focus on closing payments
Handling objections (disputes, refusals, fraud claims)
Ability to control the conversation and bring the client back to payment
Experience with CRM / dialer / WhatsApp / email communication
Understanding of key metrics: PTP, conversion, collection amount
