Mid- Senior Interior Designer Full Time NEW

Our client, an international Interior Design practice, is looking for a creative and Mid – Level Interior Designer to join their thriving Dubai studio. They have a mixed portfolio of hospitality, commercial, high end residential and F&B projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Creative Concept Leadership: Lead the design journey for hospitality, commercial, high end residential and F&B projects., from initial narrative and mood-boarding to detailed conceptual presentations.
* Client Management: Act as a key ambassador for the firm, presenting design concepts with confidence, charisma, and clarity to high-profile clients and hotel operators.
* Regional Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of the Middle East market to create culturally resonant yet globally appealing luxury interiors.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the architectural team to ensure a seamless integration of interior spaces within the overall building design.

* Experience: 4-7 of professional experience, with a mixed portfolio of creative designs
* Background: Proven track record working for a large international design practice is highly preferred.
* Portfolio: A stunning portfolio of built and conceptual work across hospitality, commercial, high end residential and F&B projects., demonstrating “super creative” spatial solutions and luxury aesthetics.
* Skills: Exceptional conceptual design ability, strong hand-sketching or digital visualization skills, and a deep knowledge of luxury finishes and FF&E.
* Ability to use Revit desirable, or willing to lean
* Soft Skills: You must be confident, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to lead meetings and build strong rapport with clients.
* Attitude: A stellar work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a genuine, infectious passion for Interior Design.
