We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook to prepare nutritious meals for our Chinese construction teams at various job sites. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cooking straightforward, hearty Chinese food meals that keep our workforce energized and satisfied throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook daily meals (Chinese food) according to set schedules and dietary requirements.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking areas and equipment.
– Manage inventory of food supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
– Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with safety and hygiene standards.
– Adapt menus based on available ingredients and worker preferences.
– Coordinate with site managers to align meal times with work schedules.

– Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a similar environment.
– Ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals that cater to a diverse workforce.
– Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
– Physical ability to handle the demands of cooking on-site including lifting and standing for long periods.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work in rugged outdoor environments if required.
– Chinese speaking capability is preferred
