We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients within a leading distribution environment in Libreville, Gabon. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and commercial development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key strategic client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing.
- Achieve sales targets and drive account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on deliveries, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and provide business insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales.
- Experience in distribution, FMCG, or similar commercial environments is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with target-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
