As the Brand and Communication Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive brand and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives. You will be required to be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building and nurturing brand equity.

You are responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic brand plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels
• Manage and uphold the company’s brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, to ensure alignment with brand values and positioning
• Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, email, and print materials, that effectively communicates the brand message and resonates with the target audience
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery, across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and amplify brand messaging through earned media channels
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to optimise online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media advertising
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company culture and values among employees
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and senior leadership, to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputable creative agency
• Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media
• Experience in brand management, communication, or marketing roles with a proven track record of success
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, including prioritising, scheduling and adapting when necessary
