As part of our continued growth, ASGC Group is looking to strengthen its technical team with experienced BIM and MEP professionals to support ongoing and upcoming high-rise developments across the UAE.

🔧 Role Overview

✔ BIM Modelers (Electrical & Mechanical)

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models (LOD 100–500) using Autodesk Revit
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks / ACC
• Model and coordinate Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
• Ensure compliance with BEP, project specifications, and UAE authority requirements (DEWA, TAQA, SIRA, ADMCC, TRA)
• Extract quantities, prepare shop drawings, and support technical submissions

✔ Mechanical Engineer – Technical Department

• Review and manage HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting system designs
• Perform engineering calculations (heat load, ESP, pump head, duct and pipe sizing)
• Coordinate with BIM, site teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, Civil Defense)
• Support procurement, site execution, and overall project delivery

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• BIM Modelers: Minimum 5 years’ experience (including 3+ years in the UAE)
• Mechanical Engineer: 8–10 years’ UAE experience with a reputable MEP contractor
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects within the UAE
• Solid knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) is an advantage
