Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Chairman of the Board’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements, demonstrating a high degree of time sensitivity and organizational skills;
2. Draft high-quality letters, reports, speeches, and other important documents;
3. Liaise with senior management, functional departments, and external partners to ensure efficient information transmission and orderly work progress;
4. Track the implementation of Board resolutions, urge their implementation, and provide regular feedback to ensure effective task execution.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with corporate business practices and possess relevant knowledge of corporate management;
2. At least three years of experience working entirely in English and at least seven years of outstanding work experience;
3. Strong coordination and management skills, writing ability, and entrepreneurial spirit;
4. Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to use them as working languages;
5. Based in Dubai, able to adapt to frequent international business trips;
6. Physically healthy and energetic.
