Global Construction Solution (GCS AI+) is seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Engineer / Structural As-Built Specialist to support an ongoing building structural assessment project in the UAE.

The candidate will be responsible for developing Structural As-Built Models based on available Architectural As-Built drawings, site verification, and engineering interpretation. This role requires strong experience in existing structures, structural detailing, and BIM modeling (LOD 300–500).

This is a critical role within our AI-powered engineering and digital twin workflows, contributing to high-precision structural analysis and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Structural As-Built BIM models from Architectural As-Built drawings
• Interpret structural systems (slabs, beams, columns, foundations) from available data
• Coordinate with site team for verification and missing structural elements
• Integrate site observations, measurements, and NDT results into the model
• Prepare structural drawings and documentation for assessment and reporting
• Support structural engineers with analysis-ready models
• Ensure compliance with LOD requirements (300–500)
• Work within BIM standards (ISO 19650 / project-specific BEP)
• Collaborate with survey, inspection, and structural teams
