• Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and technical departments to ensure alignment on project scope and cost.
• Develop and manage bidding strategies, preparing compelling tenders that secure new business.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation during the estimation phase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in  construction Foundation landscape.
• Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
