Job Purpose-
To manage and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for crude oil treatment facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely project start-up and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities-
• Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors.
• Assist and support the COMPANY in commissioning and starting up tasks of process systems.
• Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large-scale oil and gas treatment facilities.
• The ability to independently plan, organize, and implement site commissioning work, including pipeline flushing, drying, leakage testing, individual equipment functional testing, and system operational testing.
• The capability to independently prepare procedure documents, such as commissioning plans and relevant reports.
• Proficiency in using relevant test tools and instruments.
• Familiarity with the working principles and commissioning scope of common oil and gas facilities.
• The ability to lead commissioning meetings, clearly defining personnel assignments, schedules, and other critical details.
Technical Competencies-
• Strong understanding of oil & gas process systems and equipment
• Proficiency in commissioning tools, testing methods, and operational procedures
• Leadership and coordination skills for managing site teams and activities
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Working Schedule-
• Winter (Oct–Jun): 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Summer (Jul–Sep): 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• 10 hours/day, 1 day off per week
Rotation & Vacation-
• 11 months on project + 1 month annual leave
• Flexible leave structure (full month or split, subject to project needs)
• 20% base salary during leave period
• Option to extend project duration with full salary
