אנחנו מגייסים סטודנט/ית לתפקיד Consumer Experience Executive CC

שיצטרף/תצטרף לצוות המותג הפועל תחת מחלקת השיווק והדיגיטל.

התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת בעולם חוויית הלקוח, ניתוח נתונים והפקת תובנות צרכניות, ליווי פרויקטים ויוזמות חוצות ארגון ושיתוף פעולה עם צוותי מותג, דיגיטל ומסחר, במטרה לשפר את חוויית הלקוח בממשקי אופליין ואונליין לאורך מסע הצרכן.

התכנית מיועדת לסטודנטים/ות בתחילת הדרך, עם יתרה של עד שנה וחצי לסיום התואר, בהיקף של כ־50 אחוז משרה לשנה הקרובה ועם אפשרות להמשך השתלבות בארגון.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?

• פיתוח ויישום תכניות ויוזמות לשיפור חוויית הלקוח (CX).
• ליווי והשתתפות בהובלת פרויקטים מבוססי נתונים בתחום חוויית הלקוח.
• ניתוח נתונים והפקת תובנות ומגמות צרכניות בקטגוריית ה־CC.
• ביצוע ניתוחים שוטפים והפקת המלצות אסטרטגיות וטקטיות לשיפור הביצועים.
• השתלבות בבניית פרויקטים בהתאם לצורך המסחרי והשיווקי, תוך הסתכלות הוליסטית על מסע הצרכן.
• עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותי מותג, דיגיטל ומסחר לצורך תכנון והובלת פעילויות.
• סיוע בפיתוח והעברת תכנים והדרכות פנימיות בנושאי חוויית לקוח.

• יכולת למידה גבוהה ויחסים בין־אישיים מצוינים.
• סטודנט או סטודנטית לתואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי כגון שיווק, מנהל עסקים, כלכלה או תחום דומה.
• יכולת ניתוח נתונים והפקת תובנות ממקורות מידע שונים.
• אוריינטציה שיווקית וצרכנית.
• יכולת עבודה בצוות ושיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים שונים בארגון.
• יכולת ביטוי גבוהה בכתב ובעל פה.
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כתיבה ודיבור, חובה.

We are hiring – Intern – CX & Programs Specialist

We are looking for a student for the role of Consumer Experience Executive CC, who will join the Brand team within the Marketing and Digital department.

The role involves day-to-day work in the field of Customer Experience, including data analysis and the generation of consumer insights, supporting cross-organizational projects and initiatives, and collaborating with Brand, Digital, and Commercial teams, with the goal of improving the customer experience across both offline and online touchpoints throughout the consumer journey.

This internship is designed for students with about one and a half years remaining until graduation, structured at approximately 50 percent workload for the coming year, with an opportunity for continued integration and future growth within the organization.

What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

• Support the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives.
• Participate in CX-related projects and assist in their execution.
• Analyze consumer data and identify trends and insights within the CC category.
• Conduct ongoing data analysis and support the creation of strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Support projects based on marketing and commercial needs, with a holistic view of the consumer journey.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Commercial teams on cross-channel activities.
• Assist in developing internal content and supporting knowledge sharing around customer experience.

• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a broad perspective.
• Strong learning abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s degree student in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights from various information sources.
• Marketing and consumer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of English, written and spoken, mandatory.

Advantages

• Familiarity with B2B2C environments.
• Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
