Role Description

The Category Management Specialist – Hypermarkets & Confectionery will oversee product assortment and category strategies to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, managing procurement, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and hypermarkets. The role will actively support sales initiatives while ensuring optimal product availability and alignment with market trends. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Category Management and Procurement within retail or confectionery industries.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and optimize category performance.
• Proven Communication and Sales abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and drive results.
• Knowledge of retail hypermarkets and the confectionery sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management systems is a plus.
