EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Food & Beverage industry (Manufacturing Director)

Role Description

• Provide strategic leadership and full oversight of all operational functions across manufacturing facilities
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, local and international regulations) and quality assurance systems.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on cost optimization, waste reduction, and process improvement.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• From 15 TO 20 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Director
• Experience is Food & Beverage is a Must
• Demonstrated success in operational transformation, lean management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing senior management teams.
• Extensive expertise in end-to-end supply chain integration, production planning, and large-scale multi-site operational management
