Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the company’s legal, risk, and compliance management framework. Identify compliance obligations and risks, monitor compliance dynamically, and supervise remediation actions to ensure all business activities are conducted legally and in compliance with regulations.
Handle legal disputes in accordance with laws and regulations, protecting the company’s legitimate interests. Responsibilities include collecting information, coordinating internal departments to develop litigation strategies, organizing negotiations, preparing evidence, representing the company in court, tracking litigation and arbitration outcomes, and supervising enforcement of results.
Draft, review, and standardize company contracts; conduct legal review of various types of company agreements.
Participate in negotiations of major contracts, provide legal consultation throughout the process, and monitor compliance and performance of significant agreements.
For projects where standard collection methods fail, proactively initiate legal actions or arbitration to recover claims, ensuring protection of the company’s rights and interests.
Basic Requirements:
Education & Qualifications: Master’s degree or above in Law, or possession of relevant legal professional certification.
Language: Proficient in English
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in legal advisory, corporate counsel, or compliance roles. Experience in legal advisory for international engineering projects is highly desirable.
