Job Summary:
The role involves leading and developing service operations by supervising maintenance team , ensuring achievement of operational and financial targets for the branch and franchises . The role also includes developing operational procedures, enhancing performance efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and managing new and ongoing operational projects in his branch .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Development ;
– Monitor and enhance maintenance team performance.
– Develop the team through performance plans and KPI follow-up.
– Improve managerial and behavioral skills through daily operational coaching in the branch .
2. Service Operations Management in the branch .
– Operate service operations by setting objectives and monitoring execution.
– Develop and control the operations budget in his branch .
– Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and team needs assessments.
– Improve franchise performance through continuous monitoring and development.
-approve all branch expenses in Oracle .
-approve all attendance related adjustment .
3. Customer Service Enhancement:
– Enhance overall service quality and cross-functional collaboration.
– Improve response time, feedback accuracy, and customer satisfaction levels.
4. Project Management:
– Initiate new operational projects and contribute to ongoing ones in his branch
