About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Lead (Catalog & Maps) to help us build and maintain the best live event catalog in the world. In this role, you will own the operational backbone of our marketplace — ensuring our event catalog, interactive maps, and ticket inventory are accurate, scalable, and continuously improving. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with data, build processes, and help grow a team that powers the core experience of SeatPick.
