We are looking for a talented Event & Conference Sales Representative to join our team at a leading luxury hotel, part of an international brand.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from presenting the hotel and conducting client meetings, to negotiating, closing contracts, and overseeing the client experience throughout the event.
The position includes selling events, conferences, meetings, guest rooms, and group business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with agents, producers, and corporate clients (B2B & B2C)
* Prepare proposals and lead negotiations
* Provide personalized support throughout the entire client journey
* Coordinate closely with all hotel departments
Requirements:
* Fluent in Hebrew and English – required
* Previous experience in sales and/or hospitality – strong advantage
* Experience with Opera system – advantage
* Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
* Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
