Expert | Part-Time | Remote
ISHUB is the first platform in the UAE to deliver integrated independent reviews across construction and development projects bringing together financial, legal, and technical experts on a project-by-project basis.
We are looking for a part-time recruiter to help us grow our expert network. Your focus is sourcing and approaching senior professionals- financial experts, contracts and legal experts, and technical and engineering experts who are qualified to take on independent advisory work alongside their current roles.
What the role involves
Identifying and reaching out to qualified professionals across LinkedIn and other channels, screening applicants against ISHUB’s expert criteria, and managing the pipeline through to the application stage.
What we are looking for
2 to 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Comfort approaching senior professionals. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with the UAE professional market is an advantage.
This is a part-time, remote engagement. Hours are flexible.
