Senior UI/UX Designer (Educational Mobile Apps) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with proven experience in designing and optimizing educational mobile applications. This role focuses on creating intuitive, engaging, and high-conversion user experiences tailored to students and learning environments.

You will be responsible for designing features such as tutoring flows, subscriptions, learning journeys, search systems, and student engagement tools, ensuring both usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences for educational mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Create intuitive flows for:
• Student onboarding
• Tutor matching
• Learning sessions
• Subscriptions and payments
• Content browsing and search
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

UI Design

• Design clean, modern, and engaging mobile UI interfaces.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Feature Development

• Design and improve key product features such as:
• Learning dashboards
• Course interfaces
• Loyalty and engagement systems
• Notifications and messaging flows
• Collaborate with product and development teams to implement features efficiently.

User-Centered Optimization

• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to improve UX.
• Identify friction points and optimize user journeys.
• Apply best practices in conversion-focused UX (CRO).

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product managers
• Developers
• Marketing teams
• Ensure smooth handoff of designs to development teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps.
• Proven experience working on educational apps, EdTech platforms, or similar products.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Figma (mandatory)
• Prototyping tools
• Design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of:
• User behavior and UX principles
• Mobile-first design
• Conversion and retention strategies
• Ability to create clear, structured user flows for complex systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing:
