About the Role:

Lead global IT operations across multiple sites, managing end-user environments, identity and access, SaaS platforms, and infrastructure while ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations across global offices
• Lead and manage distributed IT teams
• Own endpoints, identity, and access management
• Manage corporate SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Oversee networks, infrastructure, and security
• Manage vendors, procurement, and IT budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT
• Experience in global / multi-site environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra), Intune, MDM, SSO
• Strong knowledge of networking and security
• Fluent English and ability to work across time zones

Nice to have: Experience in SaaS / fintech, familiarity with PCI DSS and CrowdStrike
