Product Sourcing & Selection Coordinator Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Sourcing & Selection Coordinator to join our team and support product scanning, factory follow-up, product filtering, and selection coordination.

This role is important for reviewing factory product feeds, organizing product options, comparing opportunities, and helping the team identify the right products to push, test, restock, or develop further. The candidate will work closely with the team to connect factory availability with market direction and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review factory product dashboards and supplier feeds regularly

• Monitor available products, new arrivals, and product updates from factories

• Organize product options, photos, links, and details in clear trackers and sheets

• Filter and shortlist products based on business direction, trend relevance, and product potential

• Work closely with the team to compare factory options and identify strong product opportunities

• Support product selection for restocking, new orders, and future product planning

• Coordinate with related teams regarding product details, availability, and follow-up

• Help prepare clear product files for review and decision-making

• Maintain organized records for shortlisted, rejected, pending, and approved product options

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Google Sheets / Excel

• Organized, detail-oriented, and visually sharp

• Comfortable reviewing large numbers of products and filtering options quickly

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Interest in fashion products and product selection

• Comfortable working with product links, photos, dashboards, and trackers

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in sourcing, product coordination, merchandising support, or fashion-related work is a plus

• Must be available to join immediately
