The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service, optimized vehicle display, and achievement of sales targets. This role plays a key part in enhancing showroom operations, driving retail performance, and promoting a high-performing sales culture.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide coaching and training to sales consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and implement performance improvement strategies
Actively engage in sales activities, including customer meetings and deal negotiations
Foster a positive team environment built on communication, accountability, and collaboration
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries to maintain a high level of satisfaction
Coordinate with finance, marketing, and service departments to optimize the sales process
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to align team goals
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies
Ensure all showroom operations comply with company policies and industry regulations
Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct manager
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
