About The Job

The Trader is responsible for executing buy and sell orders for clients in the Iraq Stock

Exchange (ISX), monitoring market activity, and ensuring compliance with ISX and Iraqi

Securities Commission regulations. The role also includes supporting client account

operations and maintaining accurate trading records.

Responsibilities

• Execute client buy and sell orders through the ISX trading system.
• Monitor market activity during trading sessions.
• Confirm order execution and communicate results to clients or account managers.
• Ensure accuracy of orders before submission.
• Client Account Support
• Assist in opening client trading accounts according to regulatory procedures.
• Verify client documents and ensure proper KYC documentation.
• Maintain organized records of client information.
• Compliance and AML Checks
• Check client names against AML and blacklisted lists before account activation.
• Ensure trading activities comply with ISX regulations and Iraqi Securities Commission requirements.
• Documentation and Data Management
• Maintain documentation for client orders, account files, and trading confirmations.
• Ensure all client data is stored securely and properly archived.
• 5. Market Monitoring
• Follow daily market developments and price movements.
• Track major trading activities and significant price changes.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related

fields.
