About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Material Planner to take a central role within a dynamic and complex manufacturing environment.
This is a high-impact position at the core of operations, responsible for ensuring material availability, supporting production continuity, and optimizing planning processes in a high-mix, multi-SKU environment.
You will combine hands-on execution with strong analytical capabilities, taking full ownership of MRP processes, inventory management, and supply-demand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end MRP processes, including planning runs, analysis, and material requirements
- Ensure material availability in alignment with production plans and timelines
- Optimize inventory levels, including safety stock, forecasting, and shortage management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams: Procurement, PPC (Production Planning & Control), Engineering, and Production
- Coordinate with subcontractors and external manufacturers to ensure smooth supply flow
- Analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory processes
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement effective solutions to maintain operational continuity
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience as a Material Planner in electronics / EMS / hardware manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience with MRP systems
- Proven experience working with complex BOMs in high-mix, multi-SKU environments
- Full proficiency in ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros)
- Experience working cross-functionally with production, procurement, and engineering teams
- Good level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
