AI Brand Content Specialist (Storytelling & Generative AI)

Role Objective

We are looking for the next generation of content creators — a professional who combines deep emotional storytelling with advanced mastery of generative AI tools.

This role goes beyond traditional content writing. It focuses on decoding and scaling a brand’s voice, embedding it into AI systems, and generating high volumes of creative, data-driven content.

The position blends content strategy, prompt engineering, and performance analysis.

About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping and scaling the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, leveraging AI to create high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Voice Training & Consistency
• Embed and maintain the brand’s tone and DNA within AI systems to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
• High-Volume Creative Production
• Generate multiple variations of copy, scripts, and ads while maintaining strong creative and visual standards
• Social-First Content Creation
• Develop concepts and create emotionally engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Data-Driven Content Optimization
• Write performance-driven content and micro-copy, continuously improving based on conversion and engagement data
• Short-Form Video Content
• Conceptualize and script short videos and stories, including participation in content production when needed
• Newsletter Writing
• Create compelling content that drives engagement and strengthens customer relationships
• Trend Monitoring
• Identify and implement emerging trends in content, AI, and digital storytelling

Requirements

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media content creation (brand, agency, or freelance)
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (prompt engineering, text and visual tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) – required
• Proven experience in copywriting, newsletters, and storytelling
• Portfolio required (manual and/or AI-assisted work)
• Experience in lifestyle, health, or beauty domains – advantage

Skills:

• Strong storytelling ability with a natural sense for emotional connection
• Excellent Hebrew writing skills (modern, engaging, and fluent)
• Strong understanding of social platforms and visual storytelling (basic editing with Canva, CapCut)
• Deep understanding of target audiences (women 25–45), including what drives engagement and conversion
• Analytical marketing mindset with the ability to optimize content based on data
• English proficiency – strong advantage
