Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Center

Role Objective

Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient logistics operations by maintaining full ownership of physical inventory accuracy, meeting distribution SLAs, and executing operational product setup (Up-Set) across systems.

About the Role

This role serves as the “hands and eyes” on the ground, with full responsibility for managing operational supply chain activities. It includes working closely with external warehouses (3PL) and distribution partners, while overseeing end-to-end logistics processes across both local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Cycle Management

• Monitor open orders, delivery timelines, and exceptions on a daily basis
• Track shipment status and resolve issues in real time מול distribution partners and customer service teams
• Maintain ongoing coordination with external 3PL warehouses

Distribution & SLA Management

• Perform daily shipment gap analysis and weekly reconciliation
• Track SLA performance and generate operational reports
• Monitor picking errors, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Manage office shipments, returns, and communicate peak periods to distribution partners

Inventory Management & Control (Physical Inventory)

• Own inventory accuracy: daily reconciliation between physical stock and system records
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and report exceptions
• Balance inventory across multiple distribution centers (local and international)

Product Operations & Implementation (Up-Set)

• Lead operational product setup within warehouse systems (e.g., Mantis)
• Update and validate logistics data: weights, dimensions, SKUs, and picking locations
• Ensure logistical readiness for product launches, including barcode validation and quality control (QC)

Process Improvement & Logistics Projects

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions
• Lead logistics-related projects (systems, processes, packaging methods, supplier alignment)

Requirements (Must Have)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in operational logistics
• Experience working with external 3PL providers, distribution, and shipping companies
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics vendors

Analytical Skills:

• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, KPI reporting)
• Ability to quickly learn and work with operational systems

Operational Skills:

• Hands-on approach, including physical inventory checks, cycle counts, and real-time issue resolution

Personal Skills:

• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work assertively with vendors
