Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an IT Sales Engineer. The IT Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Saudi Arabian market and competitor landscape
• Craft and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
• Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities to significantly increase sales
• Develop and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with major enterprises and government entities
• Providing pre-sales and technical support to clients, addressing their technical needs, and offering solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Demonstrating the technical aspects of IT services and products, assisting in mapping client requirements with suitable technology solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through troubleshooting and post-sales support.
• The IT Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with sales teams and project stakeholders to drive successful implementation of technology projects.

Essential Requirements:

• Two years previous experience in an IT sales or solutions engineering role
• Proven track record in IT solutions sales within the Saudi Arabian market
• Strong background in Information Technology and Networking
• An existing, robust B2B network within large corporations in KSA
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Proven skills in providing Technical Support to clients
• Ability to design and explain technical solutions tailored to client needs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an essential
