In this role, you will lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, own Kela’s hiring strategy, and drive end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, including Software, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will play a critical role in shaping how Kela attracts, assesses, and hires top talent, while building scalable processes, strong leadership partnerships, and an exceptional candidate experience.
