We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in domestic shipping, supply chain optimization, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, ensuring domestic shipments are handled efficiently, and leading a team to hit key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Management:  Oversee end-to-end domestic shipping processes, route optimization, and tracking.

Goods Allocation: Assigning pick-up and delivery tasks to drivers based on their specific geographic zones.

Route Optimization: Using internal systems to ensure drivers are taking the most efficient paths to meet their SLAs.

Load Supervision: Ensuring that delivery vehicles are loaded correctly so that “first-out” packages are easily accessible and fragile items are protected.

Inbound Sorting: Overseeing the “Middle Mile” arrivals—shipments coming from the customers or other hubs—to ensure they are scanned into the system and sorted for the morning delivery wave.

Inventory & Documentation: Manage inventory accuracy and ensure all shipping documentation complies with domestic regulations.

KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on operational metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Order Accuracy, and shipping Costs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distributions is a MUST  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Systems and Excel
