Role Purpose:

Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition activities for a reputable banking institution in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the bank attracts high-calibre professionals across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all banking divisions, including retail, corporate, operations, technology, compliance, and support functions.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with workforce needs.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent requirements.
• Manage sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, agencies, referrals, and direct search.
• Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified Bahraini and regional talent.
• Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the bank as an employer of choice.
• Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain labour laws, banking regulations, and internal governance standards.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team where applicable.
• Drive diversity, succession planning, and localization initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the Bahrain labour market and local talent landscape.
• Experience using ATS and HR systems.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capability.
• Data-driven with strong reporting and analytics skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
