Job Title : System & IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Manager leads the day-to-day operations of IT systems supporting ISP services. The role ensures high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure in alignment with business SLAs and subscriber growth.

Responsibilities

·  Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure operations across data centers, virtualization platforms, and core systems.

·  Maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure supporting ISP platforms, including hardware, systems, networks, and security layers.

·  Ensure 24/7 service availability inline with defined SLAs, KPIs, and incident management processes.

·  Manage compute, storage, and virtualization environments, including capacity planning and performance optimization.

·  Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery.

·  Implement and enforce security controls, including firewalls, DDoS protection, system hardening, and access control.

·  Manage vendors, procurement processes, and infrastructure cost optimization (CAPEX/OPEX, licensing).

·  Build, lead, and develop the infrastructure team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

·  Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, including at least 4 years in leadership roles; ISP/telco experience preferred.

·  Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux systems, and virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, OpenStack).

·  Experience with backup and data storage management, disaster recovery solutions and business continuity planning.

·  Practical experience in ISP systems and service integration, including AAA, NMS platforms, and DNS infrastructure.

·  Solid experience in security technologies, including FortiGate firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, DDoS mitigation, and IAM (Active Directory, PAM).

·  Proven leadership experience managing infrastructure/system teams in a 24/7 environment.

·  Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract evaluation.

·  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·  Ability to support 24/7 operations
