We are currently looking for a Business Development & Sales Co-Founder / Partner to support the growth of AI Makers in Jordan and regional markets.

About the Opportunity

This is not a salaried employee position at this stage.

It is an equity/share-based co-founder or partner opportunity for an experienced business development and sales professional who believes in the vision of AI Makers and wants to help build long-term value.

There are no fixed working hours. The role is flexible and contribution-based, with expectations to be agreed together based on availability, experience, commitment, and business goals.

This opportunity is suitable for someone who has strong commercial experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to open doors, build relationships, and create business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected partner will support AI Makers in:

• Identifying and approaching potential clients
• Generating qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Building business relationships and strategic partnerships
• Supporting client meetings, presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions
• Helping define go-to-market, sales, and growth strategies
• Representing AI Makers professionally in business discussions
• Supporting the expansion of AI Makers in Jordan and regional markets
• Providing market feedback to help shape AI Makers’ services and offerings
• Working closely with the founder on business development priorities and growth plans

Ideal Profile:

We are looking for someone who has:

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, or a related commercial role
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management
• Proven ability to open doors and build trusted business relationships
• Experience selling or promoting technology, software, digital transformation, consulting, or B2B services is preferred
• Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in an early-stage startup environment
• Ability to work independently and contribute based on agreed goals
• An existing network in Jordan or the region is a strong plus

Compensation:

This is an equity/share-based opportunity and does not include a monthly salary at this stage.

The equity/share structure will be discussed and agreed based on the selected person’s expected contribution, commitment level, experience, network, and role in growing the company.
