Role Description

This is not a traditional web role.

We are looking for a forward-thinking digital leader who understands where web, UX, AI, product thinking, and brand experience are heading.

You will lead the next generation of digital delivery at Aimstyle by shaping premium, high-performing digital experiences that balance strategy, design excellence, technology, and business impact.

You will bridge the gap between creative, strategy, and development.

You will help us move beyond traditional websites into smarter digital products, conversion-driven platforms, and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• Lead the digital experience vision across all web and digital projects
• Own user journey, UX thinking, and information architecture
• Translate brand strategy into exceptional digital experiences
• Lead wireframing, experience planning, and design direction
• Oversee digital quality across UI, motion, usability, and interaction
• Build and improve scalable digital workflows and delivery standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, designers, and account managers
• Introduce AI-powered workflows into design and development processes
• Recommend modern tools, platforms, and technology stacks

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in digital, product, UX/UI, or experience design
• Strong portfolio of premium websites, platforms, or digital products
• Excellent understanding of UX, UI, user behavior, and conversion
• Strong visual taste and high standards in digital execution
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and capabilities
• Experience working with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS
• Familiarity with modern stacks such as React, Next.js, or similar is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of AI tools shaping digital workflows
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills
• Agency experience is highly preferred
