📌 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage stock across all branches and warehouses to ensure accuracy and availability
Record all inventory transactions (inbound & outbound) accurately
Prepare regular inventory reports and analyze discrepancies
Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to ensure product availability
Conduct periodic and surprise stock counts
Minimize losses and improve inventory efficiency
Ensure proper implementation of storage policies and procedures
Track slow-moving and fast-moving items and take necessary actions
Use inventory systems efficiently and keep data updated
Resolve stock issues and discrepancies promptly
Support expansion plans and new store openings in terms of stock readiness
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in stock control
Previous experience in clothing and textile industry is a must
Experience using Odoo system for inventory management
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
