Client Success Lead – Middle East

We’re hiring a Client Success Lead (Contractor) to join General Assembly (GA)- part of the Adecco Group, the world’s leading talent and workforce solutions company.

In this role, you’ll be speaking every day to corporate leaders who rely on GA to help them apply these solutions to their workforce of the future.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll lead the delivery of strategic learning and transformation programs for enterprise and government clients across the region. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and measurable outcomes, while representing GA at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of client programs, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Deliver data-driven insights and program reports.
- Ensure exceptional quality across all client-facing deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on program execution and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, client success, or account management.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including executive-level exposure).
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% if required.
Location Requirement
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE or Bahrain.
