The Role
Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Director of AI Governance & Adoption will establish the policies, standards, and governance framework required to ensure Artificial Intelligence is deployed responsibly, securely, and consistently throughout the Group.
The role will oversee AI governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance, ethical AI principles, organisational readiness, AI literacy programmes, and enterprise-wide adoption initiatives.
Working closely with Human Resources, Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, and subsidiary leadership teams, the Director will ensure employees are equipped to utilise AI effectively while maintaining appropriate governance and compliance standards.
The Director will also lead enterprise communication strategies, change management programmes, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess extensive experience in governance, enterprise risk, organisational change, digital transformation, compliance, or technology governance.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, communication skills, and experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives are essential.
Experience developing governance frameworks for emerging technologies or enterprise digital programmes will be considered highly advantageous.
