Job Description

Sandhu Accounting and Tax Consultancy is a growing professional firm providing Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, Audit, and Business Advisory services to companies across the UAE. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services.
Identify and research potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and free zone companies.
Conduct cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
Present company services and prepare proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate new leads.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales, preferably in accounting, tax, audit, or consultancy services.
Proven track record of generating new clients and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Good understanding of UAE business setup, VAT, and Corporate Tax is an advantage.
UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
