Manufacturing Blue Colors experience s a must
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for factory employees.
Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, shifts, and absences.
Support payroll by preparing accurate attendance and personnel data.
Follow up on employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with supervisors and department heads on manpower needs.
Support training plans, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports and updates for management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance practices.
Experience with attendance systems, payroll coordination, leave management, and worker administration.
Good communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle blue-collar employees and factory-floor issues directly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP or HR system experience is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate HR records.
Own car is a plus
