A2P Account Manager Full Time NEW

We’re looking for an experienced SMS Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing global messaging team and help expand our international A2P SMS business.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage relationships with aggregators, operators, and messaging hubs

✅ Grow A2P traffic volumes and optimize route profitability

✅ Negotiate pricing, routing agreements, and commercial terms

✅ Monitor route performance, delivery quality, and margins

✅ Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners

✅ Analyze market trends, KPIs, and routing performance

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, or related field

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale A2P SMS, carrier relations, telecom trading, or international messaging

✔ Proven experience managing international messaging accounts

✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
