Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to prepare, coat, and cure metal components according to quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, hanging and masking parts, operating electrostatic powder coating equipment, monitoring curing oven temperatures, inspecting finished products for quality and coating thickness, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of powder coating processes, color matching, and quality control, with the ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.

Requirement

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Powder Coating Operator.
Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and curing cycles.
Experience with electrostatic powder coating guns.
Ability to identify coating defects and perform touch-ups when required.
Familiarity with coating thickness gauges and quality inspection.
Physically fit and able to lift and handle metal components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
