Role Description

Beauty Center Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. The Beauty Center Operations Manager will oversee all daily operations of the beauty center, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient team performance.

Key responsibilities include managing front desk and therapist schedules, supervising daily operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and service quality, monitoring appointments and client flow, overseeing inventory and supplier coordination, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed consistently.

The Operations Manager will also monitor business performance, prepare operational reports, support marketing initiatives, resolve escalated client concerns, coach and develop team members, and continuously improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an operations management or supervisory role within a beauty center, aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical spa.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience managing appointment systems, front desk operations, and daily workflow.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supplier coordination, and operational planning.
• Familiarity with facial treatments, skincare services, beauty products, and client consultation processes.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Experience tracking KPIs, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment/CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Beauty Management, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred. 
• Candidates with a background as a Dermatologist, Aesthetic Physician, or Skincare Specialist are preferred.
