About Us
Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery operating between Dubai, Europe and selected international art markets.
The gallery develops exhibitions, artistic collaborations, cultural initiatives and international projects connecting artists, collectors and institutions.
To support the growth of our activities in Kuwait and the Gulf region, we are looking for a Registrar & Artwork Documentation Specialist based in Kuwait City.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and organize artwork records, archives and inventory systems
* Coordinate artwork documentation, provenance records and certificates of authenticity
* Support cataloguing and database management for artworks and gallery projects
* Prepare documentation related to exhibitions, collections and international projects
* Assist in maintaining accurate records regarding artwork movements and locations
* Coordinate information requests related to artworks, exhibitions and collections
* Support internal gallery administration connected to artwork documentation
* Ensure that gallery records are maintained accurately and professionally
Requirements
* Strong interest in contemporary art and gallery operations
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Detail-oriented and professional working approach
* Strong administrative and record-management capabilities
* Excellent English communication skills
* Experience in administration, archives, documentation, galleries, museums, collections management or related sectors is appreciated
* Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
* Knowledge of digital archiving systems, databases or collection management software is considered an advantage

Compensation
KWD 1,900 – KWD 3,200 per month
Compensation depends on experience, qualifications and professional profile.
