Job Description
Ensure maximum uptime for frontline operations (POS, network, cameras, and printers).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and enforce immediate access revocation upon employee offboarding.
Standardize IT configurations for new store openings and routine maintenance.
Resolve data discrepancies across multiple systems (ERP, Finance, and E-commerce) to ensure unified reporting.
Embed critical business workflows and approval paths directly into the system.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT, Systems, or Network Operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Retail industry (multi-store/warehouse environment) is a must.
Strong knowledge of access control management, user audits, and system integration.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills.
