We are a Saudi-based perfume e-commerce business looking for an E-commerce Operations Supervisor to manage and improve our WordPress / WooCommerce online store.

This is a full-time on-site position in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia after passing the online interview and practical assessment.

This is not a pure developer role, not a pure graphic design role, and not a pure digital marketing role. We need a practical, organized, and detail-oriented person who can operate the online store daily, manage product listings, improve product pages, handle basic SEO, edit product images, use AI tools, and coordinate with designers, developers, and marketers when needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of a WordPress / WooCommerce perfume store.

Add and update products with images, descriptions, prices, categories, tags, attributes, variations, SKU, and stock status.

Upload and organize products manually or through Excel / CSV when needed.

Organize product categories and improve product page structure.

Improve product pages, product presentation, and user experience inside the store.

Edit and prepare product images using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.

Remove backgrounds, improve image quality, resize images, and standardize product image style.

Create simple banners for the website and social media when needed.

Write and improve product descriptions in Arabic and/or English.

Apply basic SEO for products and pages using Rank Math, Yoast, or similar tools.

Add SEO titles, meta descriptions, product tags, and optimized product content.

Work with Elementor and common WooCommerce plugins.

Monitor simple website issues and coordinate with a WordPress developer when needed.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and image editing tools to improve content, images, and productivity.

Suggest improvements for the store, product pages, product campaigns, landing pages, and customer experience.

Identify when the store needs support from external designers, developers, marketers, or content creators.

Coordinate with external designers, marketers, developers, or other service providers and follow up on assigned tasks.

Prepare weekly reports covering completed tasks, issues, and suggested improvements.

Requirements:

Good experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Experience in e-commerce operations and product listing.

Good knowledge of product pages, categories, tags, attributes, variations, SKU, and product data organization.

Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and CSV product uploads is preferred.

Basic knowledge of SEO, preferably Rank Math, Yoast, or Google Search Console.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Ability to use AI tools for content writing, product descriptions, image enhancement, and workflow improvement.

Strong attention to detail and ability to organize a large number of products.

Clear communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work full-time on-site in Saudi Arabia and meet deadlines.

Ability to coordinate with external designers, developers, and marketers.

Experience with Salla is a plus.

Experience with perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer products is a plus.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or digital marketing tools is a plus.

Important:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical test before hiring.

Practical Test May Include:

Adding 5 perfume products to WooCommerce.

Editing 2 product images.

Writing professional product descriptions.

Adding SEO Title and Meta Description.

Creating one simple website banner.

Preparing a short report explaining what the store needs in the first 30 days.
