We are looking for a Community Growth & Engagement Manager with proven experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Fintech, or Web3 to grow and manage our online communities across Twitter (X), Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build, engage, and grow online communities across multiple social platforms.
✔ Manage daily interactions, discussions, and community sentiment.
✔ Organize and host AMAs, Twitter Spaces, webinars, and community events.
✔ Drive organic social growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
✔ Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to amplify campaigns.
✔ Develop relationships with crypto influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem partners.
✔ Track performance metrics and provide regular growth reports.
Requirements
✔ 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Growth Marketing.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Fintech, or Web3.
✔ Strong knowledge of Telegram, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
✔ Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
✔ Experience managing AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and online communities.
✔ Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
