Digital Banking Product Manager Full Time NEW

Eurisko is looking for a Digital Banking Product Manager to join our growing fintech and banking practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core banking platforms, digital banking channels, product ownership, and agile delivery, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and successful digital banking solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the banking lifecycle, works comfortably with technology teams, and can manage products across mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, payments, cards, accounts, transfers, and customer servicing journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage digital banking product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Work closely with banks, fintech clients, business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, architects, developers, QA, and integration teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product backlogs.
• Support product strategy for core banking, digital channels, onboarding, payments, cards, accounts, customer profiles, transactions, and servicing journeys.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations with core banking systems, middleware, payment gateways, KYC/AML providers, notification systems, and third-party platforms.
• Manage Agile/SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, compliance, and customer impact.
• Use JIRA to manage stories, tasks, releases, sprint progress, and delivery tracking.
• Support UAT, production readiness, release planning, and go-live activities.
• Ensure digital banking products meet strong standards for usability, security, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the bridge between business teams, banking stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within banking or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with digital banking channels, including mobile banking, internet banking, onboarding, wallets, payments, or customer servicing.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and the banking product lifecycle.
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM delivery teams.
• Strong experience using JIRA for backlog, sprint, and release management.
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Good understanding of banking operations, customer journeys, compliance requirements, and digital transformation programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and integration teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar core banking platforms.
• Experience in GCC banking environments, especially Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, or Qatar.
• Knowledge of payments, cards, open banking, digital onboarding, KYC, AML, and customer lifecycle management.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, middleware, and banking integration patterns.
