Clinical Lead Full Time NEW

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation in Israel’s largest healthcare organization. We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team and drive the nationwide deployment, implementation, and clinical integration of two of our leading GenAI platforms:

• Clinical AI Chatbot: LLM-based system designed to answer complex clinical questions by retrieving accurate, internal institutional knowledge at the point of care.
• Ambient Scribes: Voice-enabled tools that capture patient-physician conversations in real-time to automate documentation, clinical charting, and EHR updates.

Our ideal candidate is a physician with strong analytical thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for medical GenAI solutions.

Please note: this is a full-time position for a duration of one year.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the clinical authority for the integration and deployment of GenAI products across new medical sites
• Identify, recruit, and collaborate routinely with clinicians at each site
• Map and adapt product capabilities to match local clinical workflows and medical standards
• Ensure medical safety and clinical validity through the curation and maintenance of dedicated clinical datasets
• Lead manual and automated clinical evaluation processes
• Establish rigorous clinical control, investigation, and continuous improvement protocols

Requirements:

• MD degree – required
• Deep interest in entering the healthtech ecosystem and exploring the medical GenAI market
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills – ability to build implementation teams and drive on-site success
• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning – comfortable working with clinical data curation and LLM-based evaluations
• Ability to control and manage operations at a high scale across multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clinical stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to commit to a one-year position
