The Program Support Office is responsible for ensuring the overall governance, reporting, and support for all technology programs and projects. This role provides critical oversight and administrative support to the R&D leadership, enabling effective project execution and strategic alignment.

Role Objectives:

• Provide essential governance for all technology programs and projects.
• Deliver accurate and timely program and project reports.

Offer comprehensive support to technology program and project teams.

Program Governance

• Oversee the establishment and adherence to program and project governance frameworks.
• Ensure all projects comply with internal and external standards and policies.

Reporting and Support

• Prepare and present regular reports on program and project status, performance, and key metrics.
• Provide support to project teams for documentation, communication, and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, MSP or other relevant certifications are highly beneficial.
• Power bi or other relevant reporting experience are highly beneficial.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
